Tuesday Photo Day for 7G

 In last Wednesday's newsletter, there was a complete set of instructions from the photographer and the front office about our scheduled Photo Day on Tuesday.  Here is a brief recap for our class, but I am including a link to the fuller explanation right HERE

7th Grade is scheduled for 11:30-11:50 AM on Tuesday, October 13th.

Photo Day Directions

1. All parents and students must wear masks while on campus and waiting for photos.

2. Parents, please arrive just minutes before the scheduled time.

3. Street parking only (white zone and surrounding parking). 

4. Siblings may take their photos during the same time slot.

5. Teachers will arrive in front of school 5 minutes before time for photos to supervise their arriving students. 

6. Students will pick up photo tickets then get in line for photo. Parents should stay in the car or wait on the other side of the street,

7. Parents and students should observe social distancing guidelines. Remain 6 feet apart at all times. 

1. Photographers will be at least 6-8 feet apart from students. 

8. Patiently wait in line.

9. Please let the photographers do their job and keep the line moving.

   
   

   10. After having picture taken, each 7th Grader should proceed to Mr. K's classroom and pick up their STAR test envelope, Fun Run T-Shirt and Fun Run prizes. If you are not able to attend Photo Day, I will contact you about getting the STAR test report to you as well as the Fun Run stuff.

   11. Please leave as soon as your child’s photo has been taken to free up parking spaces for others.

I will not actually be there on Tuesday, but Miss Katie Cottura will be supervising the 7th Graders.
